Quick and easy dip game day dips, perfect for your next party! These tasty dip recipes have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options along with something for the carnivores as well.
This time of year, college football runs this town.
And I mean runs. this. town.
I don’t think we’ve had a single outing where football hasn’t come up so far. While football talk is beyond expected at bars and parties, we weren’t quite expecting the topic to come up [quite heatedly!] at hardware stores, Target, and even my own driveway. Our new neighbors were quick to assess our team status and classify us friends or college football frenemies.
It’s a thing.
One thing everyone can agree on, is the awesomeness of a good dip! An addictive spread can unite even the fiercest of rivals, and these recipes are up for the challenge! With vegan, vegetarian, and t-rex options, there’s a dip for everyone on this list!
Party-Perfect Game Day Dips
1. Hot Corn Dip
This sassy southern-style hot corn recipe has been part of our go-to crowd pleaser for years. Get ready to rock those parties and potlucks and be sure to have the recipe handy – people will totally harass you for it!
2. Rotisserie Buffalo Chicken Dip
Buffalo chicken dip is often the ultimate go-to party dip, and for good reason too! It’s insanely good rivaled only by how insanely easy it is to make.
Many versions rely on canned chicken but I find that snagging a rotisserie chicken is game-changing when it comes to this dip! The flavor just jumps out of the bowl!
3. Creamy Cilantro Cucumber Dip
This cool-as-a-cucumber dip is quick, easy, and so incredibly delicious! Mayo-free and easily made ahead, pair it with veggies for healthy snack.
4. Four-Cheese Artichoke Dip
There’s a reason artichokes have made themselves a name in dipping history, they’re positively scrumptious paired with a medley of hot cheeses! This dip features a combination of parmesan, gruyere, and cream cheese flecked with tender artichokes and a sprinkling of green onion.
I also love stuffing it in phyllo cups in this Artichoke Dip Phyllo Cups recipe. SO GOOD!
5. Black Bean Queso
Bold black beans and cheesy pepper jack are a match made in dipping heaven.
Everyone loves this easy cheesy black bean queso!
6. Jalapeno Dip
There are dips that require roasting and sautéing, slicing and dicing… and then there’s this dip. This is the kind of dip where you toss everything into a food processor and walk away.
The kind of dip that can be made in under 5 minutes. GAME ON!
7. Buffalo Shrimp Dip
Hot melty cheese with shrimp, veggies, and a kiss of hot sauce? Perfection!
It’s zesty without being too spicy or assaulting, buffalo chicken dip lovers will go bonkers for this sassy shrimp dip.
8. Chipotle Hummus
This healthy hummus is spiked with smoky chipotle pepper and just the right amount of lemon and garlic to make your taste buds happy!
9. Cheesy Baked Spinach Dip
Serve this Cheesy Baked Shrimp and Spinach Dip at your next party and it’s sure to be the first dish devoured! It can be made with or without shrimp (it’s honesty fantastic both ways) and you could even try it with chicken or crab! So versatile.
My friends and family BEG for this easy cheesy appetizer. Looking for a chilled spinach dip? Try this one!
10. Vegan White Bean Dip with Avocado + Cilantro
What do you do when you want a creamy, luscious dip that’s deliciously dairy-free? Avocados, baby! Pair them with white beans and it’s a match made in dipping heaven.
This creamy white bean dip is whipped with garlic, avocado spinach, jalapeno and cilantro for a speedy snack that’s full of flavor.
11. Baked Seafood Dip
I guess I should describe the dip for you right? HOT, CREAMY, AND OMGCHEESY! If you ‘re a fan of seafood and cheese you’ll basically want to bathe in this dip.
The veggies add fantastic flavor but are diced small enough that they could easily trick your pickiest of friends and family members.
12. Chilled Veggie Dip in a Bread Bowl
This deli-style veggie dip actually tastes best made the day before — jackpot! — and saves me precious prep time the following day.
Simply whisk together the dip and pop it in the fridge for the following day. You can even slice and wash all your crudités the day before too. With everything prepped and tucked away, all you have to do is toss it all on a plate and get your snack on!
What can I say? I have a thing for dips!
Of course I can’t have a game day dip recipe post without my super awesome football cheese ball!

Aw thanks Kat! Hope you have a blast at the game this year! xoxo
I want all of them!
Come over!
OMG that melty cheese. You could pretty much top anything with melted cheese and I’d love it, but that looks especially amazing.
Haha I feel the same way about cheese! Thanks Becca!
Favorite party dip would be hummus, but I’ll take any one of these!
Good choice!
I think my favorite kind of meal is the one that is made up of a bunch of different snack foods… like ALL of these dips!
ME TOO! Snack plates for life!
