There are multiple ways to enjoy this delish dip!

It’s fantastic served as a dip with pita chips, tortilla chips, warm flatbread, cucumber slices, fresh/toasted baguette slices, or halved sweet mini peppers.

If you’re one of my T-Rex friends, you can even serve it on top of grilled chicken or chicken gyros.

I also love it as a salsa-like topping for salads, hummus, quinoa, grain bowls, and more!

Feta Dip Salad Topper

As written, the recipe is vegetarian, gluten-free, and can be low carb or keto-friendly when served over a salad or with veggie dippers.

Recipe Notes

I like to purchase my feta in block form and freshly crumble it whenever I need it. The result is a creamier feta cheese for toppings and dips!

As long as they’re ripe, any tomatoes will work here! You can raid your garden or snag some tasty tomatoes from the farmer’s market or grocery store.

Feel free to use all one type or mix and match! I used a combination of cherry tomatoes with vine-ripened tomatoes but you can also use Roma tomatoes, campari tomatoes, heirloom tomatoes, or whatever you have handy!
