From the spookiest of snacks to festive treats and eats, this Halloween Recipe Collection has a little bit of everything to take your holiday celebration from blah to BOO!
Growing up lucky enough to celebrate both Christmas and Hanukkah, you’d think December would be my favorite month of the holiday season. Nope. October wins by a landslide.
I straight up LOVE Halloween. Anything ghost, skeleton, or mummy and I’m in love. I am one of those nuts who squeals the second Halloween decor hits the stores and typically has the entire inside decorated by the end of September.
If you follow me on Instagram you’re well aware of this obsession and have accepted me (or maybe just tolerated me) for the spooky gal that I am. Haha love it so!
Today I’m sharing all my go-to recipes in this haunted Halloween Recipe Collection.
Ok maybe not haunted per se… but for sure a little spooky and a LOT of fun!
First up, my newest creation:
I had so much fun decorating this halloween cookie cake! It’s not too creepy for the kiddos and sure to vanish fast at your Halloween party or gathering. I made three different variations this month so stay tuned for more decorating tips and tricks!
The glory of these Frankenstein Wraps is that you can make them with any filling your heart desires! Keep things simple with turkey and cheese or load them up with chicken caesar salad or try them with my crazy popular chickpea salad for a vegetarian option.
They would also work great using my vegetable cream cheese tortilla roll ups as the base as little monster or mummy wraps!
Halloween Cheese and Crackers
This fun and festive snack is SO easy to make with a set of mini halloween cookie cutters! You could also use a larger set to fit larger entertaining crackers.
They can be made in small quantities as a snack or make a whole tray for a Halloween party appetizer or as part of your Halloween charcuterie (charBOOterie?!) board. They’re quick, easy, and oh so cheesy!
Spooky Apple Slices
Slice apples into rounds and use mini cookie cutters to cut out the center into fun shapes like bats, pumpkins, and ghosts.
They’re crazy healthy and oh so fun. Little hands love to get involved with this snack and you can serve them straight up or with peanut butter or yogurt for dipping.
Pumpkin Cheese Ball
Treat your friends and family to an EPIC Halloween themed snack board with this carrot pumpkin cheese ball in the center! It’s easy to make and looks super impressive surrounded by all your favorite crackers, pretzels, and veggies.
4. Mummy Burritos
How fun are these mummy burritos for a Halloween lunch or dinner!? Honestly you could even make them into breakfast burritos for a Halloween brunch!
Fill them with all your go-to burrito favorites including beans, cheese, veggies, and your favorite protein. You could also fill them as sandwich wraps (like with the Frankenstein mummies) or quesadillas. YUM!
