There are a million ways to make a taco and these plant-based powerhouses are ready to rock your plate!
Of course you can’t have a taco without the toppings, amirite?! We pile our veggie tacos to the brim with all our favorites!
Some of our favorite vegetarian filling options are black beans, refried beans, taco roasted chickpeas, roasted veggies, lentils, roasted cauliflower walnut taco meat, and basically all tings veggie.
