  • Hi Jenn!

These all look amazing. Fried Zucchini will always be one of my favorite foods EVER. You always have the best recipes. Cannot wait to make your cornbread because my kids are obsessed! I still make your copycat Broccoli Cheese soup all the time (even better than Panera IMO). I’ve been a reader for a long time and now recently, a blogger. I’m sharing a recipe today. I hope you’ll check it out.

    • Thank you Katie! Your quesadillas look amazing! Welcome to the world of blogging! <3 xoxo

I pan fry mine with some olive oil and some seasoning of my choice ( normally garlic blend or just seasoning salt) I love also grilling them too just make sure you add a little olive oil, tried with out it didn’t have the same flavour.

    • Love it Katie! Garlic blend is always a good idea with zucchini! 🙂
