If you’re in the market for a strawberry cocktail, I have two tasty options! First up is a Brazilian-style Strawberry Caipirinha made with basil and strawberries and the second is my long-time favorite, Skinny Strawberry Lime Spritzer.
On the food front, you’ve got to try my Strawberry Fields Salmon Wrap with homemade feta vinaigrette. The photos for sure need to be updated, but this restaurant copycat is so so delicious! My No-Bake Coconut Lime Fruit Tarts with Fresh Berries are also kissed with strawberries and totally delicious.
I haven’t tried it yet, but this Fresh Strawberry Pie from Crazy for Crust looks too good to resist! I’m book marking it stat!
