Whip up these Strawberry Banana Peanut Butter Toast on a Stick for a fun back to school breakfast! These sweet and savory breakfast kabobs are sure to be a hit!
I’m a firm believer that food is always more fun on a stick.
This tower of toast is quick, easy, and beyond delicious. Customize it with your favorite nut butter and fruit combo!
One of my favorite ways to eat a PB sandwich is with strawberry jam and bananas. Using fresh berries and serving it up on a stick just made me love the combination even more.
All you’ll need to make these tasty toasts are 4 ingredients!
- Your favorite bread for toasting
- Juicy fresh strawberries
- A ripe banana
- Your all-time favorite nut butter
I like using all-natural peanut butter for my breakfast kabobs but almond butter and sunflower seed butter (aka sunbutter) work great!
While I’m partial to strawberry and banana for my fruit fix, feel free to add your favorites! Apples, Raspberries, Blueberries, Nectarines, and Peaches are all totally tasty options.
