Is there more classic a combination than chili and cornbread? I think not!
I can’t imagine face-planting into one without the other, so today I’m rounding up my absolute favorite chili and cornbread recipes.

First up, let’s get our chili on! The recipes below are a mix of T-Rex, Vegan, and Vegetarian chili recipes that we just can’t get enough of!
These are the recipes I make over and over again.

This Instant Pot Vegetarian Quinoa Chili is a comfort food classic with a healthy plant-based twist! To make things uber-easy I’ve even included slow cooker instructions too. Game on!
Each tasty bowl is plant-based + gluten-free and can easily be made dairy-free + vegan since you choose the toppings!
5. Healthy Vegetarian Chili
This is the chili that changed our minds about meatless chili! We absolutely LOVE this healthy vegetarian quinoa chili!
It’s absolutely one of those dishes that’s good the first day but somehow even more amazing the next! This chili makes some of my favorite leftovers to date, and I cannot get over how healthy it is.

A fun serving suggestion for this healthy vegetarian black bean quinoa chili is to serve atop fluffy baked sweet potato. I usually do this with my leftover chili the next day for lunch.
Simply top it with all your favorite toppings from the list above and dive in! It gives the chili a rice sweet potato chili vibe and is super duper filling and comforting!
8. Crock Pot Taco Chili
Though this is one of my T-Rex recipes, it’s still gloriously veggie-forward and jam packed with enough nutritious and delicious beans and vegetables to help you reach your daily goal and then some!
