Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing

We are all about homemade salad dressing around here!

It’s an easy way to bring life to any salad, and much healthier than the preservative packed bottles they sell in stores.

The oils they used in grocery store dressings are usually the bottom-of-the-barrel type and the least healthy ones to be slathering your veggies with

For that reason, I love to use avocado oil in my homemade dressing recipes. It’s super healthy and mild in flavor, so it compliments pretty much everything!
