Stuffed Mushroom Recipes
My love for stuffed mushrooms runs DEEP.
It’s the first appetizer I beeline for at parties and restaurants and my go-to “waiting food” (as my 5 year calls it) for Thanksgiving dinner.
Of course they’re amazing over the holidays but these babies are a year-round affair over here! Join me?

First up are my super popular Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms.
According to my mushroom-enthusiast husband, they’re the best stuffed mushrooms I’ve ever made. I personally love all my stuffed mushroom recipes equally (I basically have one for every type of craving!) but this man plays favorites and this. is. it.
These classic stuffed mushrooms are a family favorite around here. I could literally devour the entire tray by myself and surely try to every time, haha! This recipe has been in my family for ages now and we love it so!
These epic crab stuffed mushrooms always vanish fast! We love them so much I even make them as a side dish with dinner every few weeks. We can’t get enough of this easy mushroom appetizer and they can be made the previous day and baked up to bubbly perfection just before serving <– WOOT!
My Jalapeño and Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms are super delish. You can even make them in advance for a party so feel free to prep the day before if needed!
After maybe the third or fourth face-plant into my cheesy skillet seafood dip, realization hit: Mushrooms!!! This must be stuffed into mushrooms! I simplified the recipe a bit, snagged a little inspiration from the over-the-top seafood stuffed mushrooms from Red Lobster and Olive Garden, and promptly got to work.
Goat cheese and mushrooms are a match made in heaven! This delicious combo is inspired by the restaurant appetizer I just can’t get enough of. I cannot wait for you to try them!
This rockin’ recipe always gets rave reviews!
★★★★★ “I was looking for a vegetarian version of stuffed mushrooms and found these. My family thought these were the best they ever had!! Great texture and flavor!” – Kellie W.
★★★★★ “This recipe worked out great – we will make them again and again!” – Paula
Inspired by Lonestar Steakhouse’s famous white cheddar mushrooms, this bacon topped copycat is a million times better than the original! It’s also way cheaper which is always a bonus. Try them with veggie bacon bits for a gloriously vegetarian app or use the real thing for your bacon loving besties!
I need to reshoot these bad boys to give them some pretty new photos BUT don’t let my shoddy camera skills keep you from this amazing recipe! Here a few reader reviews:
★★★★★ “Just wanted to thank you for this recipe. This is I believe the 5th year I’ll be making these for our family’s Christmas Eve dinner and they’re always a hit.” – Shanna
★★★★★ “I put some extra Gouda cheese on top of each of the mushrooms. I was totally amazed after baking them they were not soupy, they were not soggy they were absolutely perfect! I have never received as many rave reviews from my family as I did with these mushrooms. They could not stop eating them! I will never use another recipe for stuffed mushrooms other than this one. They were absolutely delicious!” – Arley
I love a good recipe shortcut, and this delicious Stuffed Mushroom Casserole transforms my family’s favorite appetizer into a super easy casserole!
