This rockin’ Roasted Red Pepper Feta Dip is fast, flavorful, and perfect for snacking! Serve with an assortment of dippers for a perfect party appetizer. This speedy 5 ingredient dip is ready in just 5 minutes!

This is essentially the non-spicy (and super flavorful) version of my spicy feta dip and I’m crazy in love with it! Most of my friends are super sensitive to all things spicy so when I bring something to a party, I’ve got to make sure it’s something they can eat too.
You will only need 5 ingredients, plus the salt and pepper we all have on hand already. Unless you’re all out, in which case I’ll be jumping up and down screaming “go to the store nowwwww!” until you have all the ingredients for this dip. While you’re at it, grab a baguette, some crackers, and fresh veggies for dipping.
This dip is downright delicious and the most fantastic addition to cheese boards, charcuterie boards, and if you’d like to elevate your weekday eats, it makes the most glorious pre-dinner snack!
I’m obsessed. You have got to try it!

We’re going for simple ingredients with big flavor here. Here’s what you’ll need to make this delish dip:
1. Feta
You’ll need one (8 oz) block of feta cheese for this recipe. I always make a point to use regular full-fat feta for the creamiest results.
2. Garlic
One fresh clove of garlic and you’re good to go! To make sure it blends perfectly into the other ingredients, peel and mince the garlic first. For best flavor, use fresh garlic.
3. Roasted Red Pepper
This dip is so easy to make with jarred roasted red peppers. Chop 1/3 cup of roasted red pepper for a super flavorful dip! You can also mince up a little for a pretty garnish if you want to get all fancy with your feta.
4. Lemon Juice
Just like the garlic, fresh is best here! Half a small lemon should yield 1 Tablespoon of lemon juice. The remainder can but sliced for a garnish for a snack tray or added to water for a flavor boost.
5. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Any brand you love the taste of will work great here! You’ll use 2 Tablespoons in the dip and can drizzle a little on top to garnish if you’d like.

Roasted Red Pepper Feta Dip
This recipe yields a little over a cup and a half of feta dip. It can be easily doubled or tripled for a larger crowd and makes the most amazing addition to Mediterranean Mezze Platters, Charcuterie Boards, Cheese Boards, and pretty much any snack situation you can dream up!
As written this roasted red pepper whipped feta is vegetarian, gluten-free, grain-free, low-carb, and keto friendly. Simply choose the corresponding dippers that fit your dietary needs and you’re good to go!
I love serving it with fluffy pita (or pita chips), sliced baguette, and fresh vegetables.

Yesterday we had it as an an after-work snack with carrot sticks and a fresh take-and-bake baguette from Sprouts that I warmed in the oven until it was hot and fluffy. Delish!

Q: CAN I MAKE THIS DIP IN ADVANCE?
This speedy dip can easily be made in advance for a party or for weeklong snacking. It can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-3 days. It will firm up a little in the fridge and then soften back up when served closer to room temperature. I set mine on the counter for 20 minutes or so before diving back in.
Inspiration + Feta Dip Variations
This rockin’ roasted red pepper dip was inspired by my favorite shop back in Pensacola, Florida. It’s a cute little international foods market called Four Winds and they’re a wee bit famous for their house-made feta dips and salads.
I’ve been recreating them at home for ages now but, since I never have sun-dried tomatoes on hand, I turned their sundried tomato feta dip into this red pepper version and it is PERFECTION!
Paul and I have been living off these dips while I recipe test my little face off and I now have a trio of feta dips to show for it. HECK YES! Here are the other two if you missed them:
