These scrumptious salsa recipes are perfect for snacking and sharing. Many can be made in advance and enjoyed all week long! We love adding them to tacos, salads, nachos, tostadas, burritos, quesadillas, soups, chili and more!

Salsa is basically it’s own food group around here.
It’s pretty rare for us not to have at least one or two types of homemade salsa just chilling in the fridge ready to go for taco night toppings and mid-day snacking.
A traditional tomato-based salsa is always a must, of course, but we also have a pretty tasty array of fruit salsas, bean and veggie salsas, and even corn salsas that are equally faceplant-worthy.

Salsa is the ULTIMATE condiment in my opinion. There are so many varieties and flavor profiles that you can find one to amplify just about any dish!
Making salsa from scratch allows you to control the level of spice (from mild to extra spicy and everything in between!) and ingredients, allowing you to highlight all your favorite flavors without additives or preservatives.
You can make them smooth and velvety like your favorite restaurant salsa or keep it chunky for amazing texture and versatility. There’s a little bit of everything in this round-up! They’re great for scooping and scarfing with crispy tortilla chips and also amazing over tacos, tamales, tostadas, and even salads too!
