Strawberry Mango Guacamole Toast

Is guacamole toast a thing? I feel like it needs to be a thing! The crazy, wild, and free cousin of our beloved avocado toast, guacamole toast is here to rock your breakfast routine and then some!

After trying Sabra’s new Veggie Fusions Guacamole I fell head over heels in love with the Mango Lime guac. Paul and I INHALED this stuff! I usually wait for their guac to hit room temperature before faceplanting, but this fruity guacamole had me throwing caution to the wind and diving in like an animal.

So. Flipping. Good.

Strawberry Mango Guacamole Toast

Have you had lime tortilla chips before? Imagine that flavor party of awesomeness mixed with creamy guac topped with juicy sweet mango… Heaven. It’s like a fruit salsa and a chunky guacamole in one. We’re totally fans.

I devoted container number dos of this guac fiesta to breakfast the next morning. I’ve been swapping my morning bagel and cream cheese with avocado toast and this guacamole and I had a hot date with the toaster.

First order of business was to dunk a fresh strawberry into the fruit-flecked guac for experimentation’s sake.

Delicious!

Before I knew it I was slathering my fresh multi-grain toast with a mountian of mango lime guacamole, juicy ripe Florida strawberries, and a hearty drizzle of balsamic glaze. Super duper simple and super duper tasty; EXACTLY what this busy momma needs in the mornings!

This strawberry mango guacamole toast rocked my socks.

Strawberry Mango Guacamole Toast

I basically only want to eat sweet + savory avocado toast from here on out. Strawberry Guacamole Toast FTW!

Since I always love to here the details of new-to-me whole food products, here’s what I’m loving about this stuff. Each one of their new Veggie Fusions Guacamole containers is chock full of added veggies. My favorite, the Mango Lime guac, has little bits of onion, jalapeño, and carrot in every bite. It’s a perfect pairing for the mango avocado base and little bursts of lime, cilantro, chili pepper, and parsley help round out the flavor. I can’t handle bland guacamole so this stuff is right up my alley!

Thanks to the added veg, each container naturally has 30% less fat that your standard guacamole which in my book, means I get to eat more of it! YES!

If you’d like to try it for yourself, head over to the Sabra website for a $1 off coupon on each of these tasty flavors: Mango Lime, Garden Veggie, + zesty Southwestern!

This strawberry mango guacamole toast recipe is sponsored by the lovely folks at Sabra as part of a delicious year-long ambassadorship and, as always, opinions and shenanigans are 100% my own.
