12 Easy (and totally tasty) Flatbread Pizza Recipes
Let’s get our pizza on! These feisty flatbreads are easy to make and even easier to eat! They can be served up as a tasty appetizer (sliced into 4 or 8 sections) or made as a tasty lunch or dinner.
I’m a big fan of having a make-your-own-pizza night using garlic naan as the base and setting out toppings for everyone to customize their own flatbread with.
It’s beyond easy and such a hit with kids and adults alike!
They can be made either vegetarian style or T-Rex style based on topping choice and I adore using them as an excuse to pile on the veggies. They’re also a fantastic way to use up leftover bits and pieces from other recipes and leftovers that would otherwise be hiding in the back of the fridge/crisper for far too long.
Recipe yields 2 large flatbread pizzas or 4 minis.
