1. Spicy Vegetarian Ramen
This is one of my most popular ramen recipes and has over 50 rave reviews! Feel free to keep things mild with just a dash of Sriracha or embrace the heat by adding extra, the spice level is up to you! My idea of perfection is 2 glorious spoonfuls. Start small, and add more as you go for a totally customizable heat level.
2. Instant Pot Ramen Bowls
Without any sautéing or standing over the stove, I was able to jazz up my veggie broth with tons of flavor from the onion, mushrooms, ginger, and garlic. You cook time will be an easy peasy hands-off 15-20 minutes and everything cooks in one pot. GAME ON!
3. Spicy Shrimp Ramen Bowls
A mash-up between my Sriracha Shrimp Ramen Noodle Shrimp and my Spicy Vegetarian Ramen, these spicy shrimp ramen bowls are the best of both worlds!
They’re spicy, flavorful, and easily made in just one pot <— hellooooo easy clean up! I cannot wait for you guys to try it!
4. Mushroom Ramen Soup
This one’s for all my mushroom lovers! Feel free to mix and match all your favorite veggies and ramen toppings. I love mine with Garlic Chili Oil drizzled on top. Delish!
5. Tofu Ramen Bowls
These vegan Tofu Ramen Bowls are big on flavor and packed with veggies! Mix and match toppings for your perfect bowl of ramen soup! This time around I added crispy baked tofu as well as some bonus noodles made of spiralized zucchini and carrot. YUM!
6. Sriracha Shrimp Ramen Noodle Soup
This piping hot Sriracha Shrimp Ramen Noodle Soup is quick, easy, and crazy delicious!
You can keep things mild with just a dash of Sriracha or embrace the heat by adding extra. The spice level is up to you! My idea of perfection is 2 glorious tablespoons plus an extra drizzle on top.

Ramen Bowl Tips and Tricks
I know ramen isn’t traditionally the healthiest thing on the planet, but over the years I’ve come up with a few hacks for amping up the health factor.
First up, the more veggies – the better! I love to add tons of veggie goodness to every bowl.
Best Vegetables for Ramen Bowls
- sliced green onion (scallions)
- thinly sliced carrots
- edamame (cooked + shelled)
- baby bok choy
- thinly sliced jalapeño
- garlic (fried or sautéed)
- mushrooms
- zucchini
- onion
- broccoli
- snow peas or snap peas

My Favorite Ramen Noodles for Ramen Bowls
Another healthy hack I use for my ramen bowls, is to use less authentic but totally tasty noodles that aren’t deep fried or loaded with additives.
They’re KA-ME Curly Noodles and are a great healthier option for ramen bowls! These noodles are pretty easy to find and I’ve found them at Publix, Target, and on Amazon.
I don’t have easy access to fresh ramen, but you’d like to use fresh noodles for any of my ramen recipes, go for it!
