This is my go-to recipe for healthy chilled knorr spinach dip with EXTRA veggies! It's perfect for sneaking in healthy extras such as cucumber, zucchini, carrots and more!
Once room temperature strain, squeeze and pat our any and all water from the spinach. I usually wring mine out in a stack of paper towels.
Use a box/cheese grater to grate your veggies.
Combine all ingredients and chill for 2 hours to lock in the flavor! Dip may be made the night before for easy advance-prep.
The premixed packets have a blend of dried veggies that I can't seem to find anywhere else, so hunt down a good one and get your dip on! I exclusively use Knorr because it's gluten-free and tastes phenomenal
Serve with sliced cucumber, zucchini rounds, baby carrots, celery sticks, and veggie chips for dipping.
Notes
Recipe yields 4 cups of veggie dip!I set the serving size at 2 TBSP per serving, but feel free to nosh on extra! I usually swipe 1/4-1/2 cup for a mid-day snack.Nutrition facts below are an estimate provided by an online nutrition calculator.
