Ingredients
¼cuphummus
5sweet mini peppers
1TBSPminced red onion
1-2TBSPchopped grape tomatoes
1TBSPcrumbled feta cheese
Instructions
Slice the top off of each pepper and discard, or leave the top on for a handy dandy pepper handle.
Next slice each pepper lengthwise.
Top with hummus and sprinkle on all your favorite toppings.
Dig in!
