Ingredients
4slicesof 100% Whole Grain bread(lightly toasted)
5-6large strawberries, sliced into discs
1large banana, sliced into discs
4TBSPpeanut butter or almond butter
OPTIONAL EXTRAS:
honey or pure maple syrupfor drizzling
ground cinnamon
powdered sugar
Instructions
Slice your fruit while you toast your bread, set aside.
Spread each slice of toast with your favorite nut butter and combine into two sandwiches.
Slice into quarters and skewer, alternating with the banana and berries.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon and powdered sugar for an optional, but delicious twist on the classic!
