Ingredients
1cupunsweetened almond-coconut milk*
juice of 1 orangeor 2-4 TBSP orange juice
1cupfrozen pineapple
½cupfrozen mango
½a fresh banana
2-3carrots(peeled and chopped)
sweeten as desired
Instructions
Combine ingredients, starting with the liquid first, in your blender.
Blend for several minutes until the fruit and carrots have blended into a creamy, dreamy, straw-worthy smoothie.
Depending on preference and blender performance you may want/need to thin the smoothie with a little extra liquid. Adjust until desired thickness is reached.

Feeling fancy? Rim the glass with unsweetened shredded coconut.
