If you’re ever lucky enough to have some leftover buffalo chicken dip from last night’s party, potluck, or game day celebration, here are some tasty recipes to make with it!
Leftover buffalo chicken dip is cause for celebration around here!
There are so many delicious things you can make with it, and this tasty dip can easily morph into a hearty lunch or dinner the following day!
Whenever I make my beloved Rotisserie Buffalo Chicken Dip I always squirrel away a cup or so of leftover dip to make one of these rockin’ recipes.
Recipes to Make with Leftover Buffalo Chicken Dip
Let’s get our recipe on! Here are my favorite ways to turn leftover dip into something absolutely crave-worthy!
1. Buffalo Chicken Spaghetti Squash
Use your leftover buffalo chicken dip as a flavorful filling for roasted spaghetti squash! The pairing is a match made in heaven and one of the most popular recipes on my blog!
You can make it a meal by serving it alongside a fresh veggie side salad or some roasted broccoli. Delicious!
2. Buffalo Chicken Bell Peppers
A riff on my famous Bell Pepper Tacos, these buffalo chicken stuffed peppers make a fantastic low-carb or keto main dish for dinner or an awesome protein packed lunch option!
Using buffalo chicken dip for the filing makes this recipe quick and easy and you can kick up the spice and the cheesiness by adding extra buffalo sauce or grated cheese on top. Yes please!
3. Buffalo Chicken Taco Salad
Take my feisty and fiery buffalo chicken taco salad recipe and use your leftover buffalo chicken dip in place of the shredded buffalo chicken. It’s kind of like adding a scoop of cold chicken salad to a fresh garden salad but with a tasty taco salad twist.
You can top it with crushed tortilla chips, tortilla strips, or even nacho cheese doritos. SO GOOD!
4. Buffalo Chicken Dip Nachos
I need to shoot photos of the completed dish next time I make it, which will be soon because writing up this post has me straight up craving it!
Buffalo chicken dip sheet pan nachos are easy to make and can be customized with all your favorite nacho toppings like sliced jalapenos, sour cream, pickled red onions, chopped tomatoes, salsa, guacamole, black beans, corn, pico de gallo, salsa, etc…
Simply top a baking sheet with tortilla chips and top with dollops of buffalo chicken dip. Next add black beans (if desired) and top with some grated remaining cheese.
Bake on the center rack at 400 degrees F until cheese is melted and dip heated through. (5-10 minutes) Add all your fresh toppings like salsa, sour cream, and guac and dive in while they’re hot and melty. Enjoy!
5. Buffalo Chicken Dip Sweet Potatoes
This recipe works great with oven baked or microwaved sweet potatoes so choose whichever option you prefer! You could even use a regular baked potato in place of a sweet potato!
Simply stuff your spud with warmed leftover buffalo chicken dip and add any toppings your heart desires! I like adding a little coleslaw, sliced jalapeno peppers, and a drizzle of ranch dressing.
6. Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Mini Peppers
Warm up your bowl of buffalo chicken dip and stuff it into sweet mini peppers for a tasty snack or appetizer. I do this with leftover pimento cheese a lot too – it’s super good!
7. Buffalo Chicken Sandwich
Toast some bread and add cold or warmed buffalo dip and a mountain of fresh veggies for a fun lunch that rivals your local sandwich shop!
8. Buffalo Chicken BLT
Similar idea to my BLT Pimento Cheese Sandwich, use leftover buffalo dip to make an indulgent grilled cheese or panini. It’s speedy, spicy, and oh so indulgent!
9. Buffalo Chicken Quesadillas
This recipe from Iowa Girl Eats is such a great way to use up your chicken dip!
