You won’t find boatloads of brown sugar, sweet candied pecans, or sticky sweet marshmallows here. Nope! Just savory (often pretty healthy) sweet potatoes that can be scarfed a million and one ways.
Back when Paul was in the military and deployed all the time, I practically *lived* off of savory stuffed sweet potatoes. It was the perfect solo lunch or dinner option that was filling, flavorful, and honestly pretty fun to eat!

Stuffed sweet potatoes are a huge deal around here! I love loading them up with black beans and cheese for a speedy lunch, and also jazz them up with whatever leftovers I have on hand at the current moment.
