Somewhere along the line I started stuffing veggies with veggies and well, the rest is history! There are probably 50+ stuffed veggie recipes on Peas and Crayons to date and I’d be lying if I said I didn’t have another dozen or so tucked away in my recipe notebook. Oh yes, there will be more!
