Happy WIAW! I’m actually hosting today [whooo!] so let’s par-tay!
What I Ate Wednesday #217
[breakfast] Harris Teeter Swiss Muesli cereal with milk.
[lunch] I’ve been making so many of my archive favorites on repeat that I figured it was time to reshoot the photos for some of them. All it takes is a box of crayons and some music for the chickpea and I can carve out a mini [and minimalist!] photog sesh before faceplanting into my lunch. Score! This particular dish is my insanely awesome Caprese Tortellini Pasta Salad.
[snack] cucumbers and ginger dressing. all day errrr day.
[dinner] homemade pizza! This one was so stinkin’ good I might need to post the recipe for it. It’s not very pretty, but it had all three of us licking our plates, our fingers, and the pizza stone like a bunch of animals.
I could ramble or try my hand at an April Fools prank, but I’m way too excited to see what you guys have been up to! Show me your eats!
