breakfast: blueberries, banana, and peach fruit plate
I wasn’t very hungry in the morning but made up for it with lunch!
lunch: four-cheese and jalapeno quesadilla with mango jalapeno salsa
I was going to make guacamole but this baby was so perfect I dove in with sea salt and a spoon instead!
Eh… the photo was less than perfect; but that avo was bomb!
snack: 3/4 an avocado
snack: two fistfuls of local, farm-fresh blueberries
dinner: slow-cooker tortilla soup [recipe] I got home from CrossFit way later than expected and basically dove face fist into the bowl without even thinking to snap a photo.
It happens to the best of us! Luckily it’s a dish that’s on heavy repeat in this house so I have a “stock photo” of the yumminess:
Ok so that, minus the greek yogurt, and about 500x larger because I was freaking sahhhhhving! Love this soup to pieces and I’m so glad I made a 6 quart crock-pot full so I have healthy “fast food” for the next month or so!
