Happy What I Ate Wednesday, folks! Let’s get this party started!
[breakfast] an everything biscuit [ohmygosh cannot stop making these!] with a side of cucumbers and laughing cow white cheddar wedges [snack] roasted red pepper hummus with pita bread and crinkle cut carrots [lunch] frozen quiche… eep! I’m usually so good about making my own [they’re so freaking easy I barely have an excuse] but I needed something I could heat up quickly before rushing out the door and figured a frozen trader joes quiche beats the drive-thru. Luckily it was deeeeelicious! [dinner] Paul actually got out of work early [hooray!!!!] and got his daddy daughter time on while I sweat my face off at crossfit. I came home to mushroom ravioli and red sauce with a mountain of cheese! [dessert] Ok so maybe I didn’t have THAT many truffles, but I grabbed a handful of wildberry yogurt truffles before trotting off to bed for the night. I can only ever seem to find them in Raleigh and stock up like a true chocolate addict every time I’m in town!
Alright darlings, I’ve gotta run. A certain nine month old [WHO LET THAT HAPPEN!?!?] wants to practice her walking/heart-attack induction. She’s gonna hit the ground running any day now. Make it stop.
