Per reader request, here are my absolute favorite free fonts to tinker around with:
Favorite Free Fonts

Fancy schmantzy fonts are my favorite.

I seriously wish I could get my handwriting to look this amazing!

I have what is often described as a doctor’s scrawl.

Aka a rare form of hieroglyphics that only I can interpret.

It’s a gift.

appleberry // smiley monster // stefanie dots // sweetness // a gentle touch

my own topher // cupcake // making lettering tall // lobster 1.3 // simply glamorous

What’s your go-to font?
I’ll be back soon with a few new (and FREE) favorites!

I am such a font nerd, so I love this! I’m all about Fredericka the Great right now.

Any font called smiley monster makes me happy.

  • Ooh! A fellow font nerd! I love experimenting with fonts, but my go-tos include Jenna Sue, KG I Want Crazy, and mixtape mike 🙂

I’ve tried changing the font within my blog, but I can’t get it to work. Do you have a plugin that allows you to change the font? Or does your theme just allow for different fonts…. maybe mine doesn’t?

  • I’ve always heard of DaFont but never liked to browse through their site bc it looks confusing and all, hence, I end up not using the fonts. This is probably a silly question…but do you just download the font? If so, where? I just tried to figure it out but I’m probably missing a super obvious step, haha!

  • cute picks! i love the “lobster” font! xo jillian – cornflake dreams

  • I love to use pushkin font – it makes me feel so sophisticated when I use the font of a Russian literate from the 19th century 🙂

  • A Gentle Touch is one of my favourites too! Really girly and elegant 🙂
