Gahhhhh I have writer’s block. Hard! I’m also juggling a stage 5 clinger of epic proportions at the moment so I’m going to keep this one short and sweet today, folks!
Breakfast was the same thing I stuff in my face every morning: muesli, almond milk, and a banana! I also had my usual green tea and gummy multivitamins. Lunch was a giant bowl of leftover, veggie-loaded, chicken tortilla soup [recipe] and a small bowl of tuna salad with tortilla chips instead of bread. Snacks were crinkle cut carrots and triscuit rye crackers with my new favorite cheese: Cabot’s Farmhouse Reserve. I die. It’s so freaking flavorful. Dinner was three slices of thin crust white pizza with spinach and tomatoes. I keep meaning to toss together a salad to have with lunch or dinner but by the time it’s time to eat lately I just dive face first into the first thing that comes to mind to make. I have to do a little more prep-work when P is around on the weekends and I have an extra set of hands. I also want to start jucing again as well as making more fruit and veggie smoothies now that the temps are warming up a bit! I’m so beyond excited for spring — and not just because it’s Cadbury Creme Egg season! Ok maybe that has a little bit to do with it… Are they in stores yet? I need one! Or twenty.
