[breakfast] my go-to pumpernickel bagel with cream cheese along with some fresh strawberries and strawberry yogurt [snack] more berries [lunch] we stopped by Schlotzky’s before heading to the grocery store and I scarfed an utterly delicious 8-inch veggie pizza. Clocking in around 650 calories, it gave me my veggie fix and kept me full for quite a while! [dinner] I whipped up and face-planted into the first meal I’ve been able to cook in like, four months: Marbled Russet and Sweet Potato Samosa Potatoes [snack] pistachios!!! Ohmygosh so, recently I was on a plane with Paul where the rather ravenous gentleman next to us annihilated an entire bag of pistachios on the flight. P literally had to hold me back from reaching over the seat and asking him to share. Once we got home he was brilliant enough to pick me up my own bag of salty amazingness. I’ve been scarfing them ever since.
