When I start the morning with a cup of coffee, I never know what exactly i’ll end up. I don’t eat the same thing every day… and I don’t pre-plan meals for the week (though I’m certain I should!)… I just kind of wing it.
I suppose what results is a mix of intuition eating and “using up” time sensitive fruits/veggies/leftovers. Some days are colorful and exciting, and others are just kind of boring. Paul had 24 hour duty on base and I was at home craving comfort food as a result. So pardon my uneventful post. I’m certain that the links below will more than make up for mine <3 Mwah!

Excuse the giant pile of nachos =) I actually only had some leftover black bean queso on top of a handful of chips with salsa + jalapenos buuut I was watching I Love You Man and forgot to take a photo.
