Hot Crab Dip
what’s in it?
one 6.5oz can of jumbo lump premium crab meat [Millers is pretty amazing!]
1.5 cups of shredded 5 cheese Italian blend cheese
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt [double for a creamier dip]
3 Tbsp goat cheese or cream cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp old bay seasoning
dried parsley and red pepper flakes, to taste
1/2-1 tsp old bay seasoning blend
1/4-1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried parsley
a pinch of red pepper flakes
a drizzle of oil [olive, coconut, grape seed…]
salt, pepper, and paprika to taste
Serve with fluffy pita bread and raw zucchini rounds. It’s great with any and all veggies!
