    Mmmm…veggies! I’ve been really upping my veggie intake this last month or so, I feel like it’s helped my general winter disposition! I’m much much happier!

    This is perfect timing as I bought a beautiful orange pepper the other day and then picked up some other veggies for the express use in a stirfry starring the pepper!!  I also have an idea for seasoning it.  And I have a zuchhini recipe :)

    a fantastic idea! I try to have at least 2 servings of veggies for both lunch and dinner. lucky for me, I have two meals from this past week I can include in this!
